Josh Hoffman Bio

Joshua brings over twenty-five years of experience with global leaders like Palo Alto Networks, Datto, Poly, Avaya and Dell to our firm.

Joshua’s professional career has spanned across many industries (high technology, cybersecurity, financial services, communications, & services) and across many domains (sales, operations, marketing, strategy, analytics, finance & process).

Constructing and leading high-performing teams, as well as managing global operations, Hoffman has led teams of thousands in over ten countries at business sizes of well over $1 billion and has led teams from start-up to scale.

Additionally, and of specific relevance to our clients, Joshua brings deep expertise in linking business outcomes to people development and culture.

Joshua was born in Boston and has spent time living in Austin, India, China and Miami. Hoffman graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Edward’s University in Austin and has worked with the University of Texas MBA program as a mentor.

Joshua lives in Austin, TX with his wife & two boys.  They spend their time working actively on Texas Search & Rescue and other philanthropic pursuits.
