Jay Hanna Bio

Jay, a 37 year land development veteran, has been involved in the Central Texas area with Neiman, Hanks & Puryear, Texas Commerce Bank, Citadel Investments and his own Jay Hanna Company which Jay he started in 1994.

In addition to this, Jay worked with veteran Blake Magee to form Hanna/Magee LP to further his mission and deepen his roots in community creation.

Jay has developed thousands of single family lots, 7 unique communities from San Antonio to Georgetown and created and developed within MUDs and PIDs.

Jay, a University of Texas graduate resides in Austin and has been active in the Austin community including a current board position with the Foster Angels of Central Texas. 

Jay and wife Doria are proud parents of twin daughters Kendall and Christine.
